A Drawing Room means both a room for visiting guests but also a permissive creative room for drawing and sketching. The creative room starts as a carte blanche on day 1 and is gradually filled with material through meetings between practitioners.
We ask creators in the region to name some international practitioners who inspire them in their practice and for whom they would like invite. We then invite these creators to give a public lecture and to hold a workshop for a smaller invited group of practitioners.
The purpose of the project is above all to create developing meetings between international practitioners, but also to highlight some of our region's creators who may sometimes be unknown to the general public.
