During the evening, you will learn more about the work of the Future Commission – a project by Architects Sweden aimed at supporting members as they navigate a rapidly changing world.
The report draws on a broad range of sources: members’ responses to surveys and consultations, insights from the academies, the association’s own analyses, as well as external reports, statistics and forecasts. Together, these provide an in-depth picture of the most important challenges ahead.
The Future Commission’s report contains four thematic analyses focusing on AI, working conditions, demographics and the climate transition. Each theme presents an overview of the current situation as well as two future scenarios – one positive and one negative – looking ten years ahead. The report also includes strategic recommendations for members.
The event will begin with a presentation of the four analyses, followed by group discussions in which we will explore possible futures, challenges and choices for the profession together.
