Welcome to rent meeting rooms in a unique cultural-historical environment in the old grain warehouse from the middle of the 19th century. On the 3rd floor there is room for live lectures, workshops, mingling and meetings of various kinds.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE PREMISES

We can accommodate up to 100 people (of which 80 are seated). We can also arrange smaller meetings.

Food and drinks

We offer breakfast, lunch, coffee, afternoon tea or mingle food. Get in touch to order a special diet. Serving staff is included in the price.

Technics

Projector, microphones and wifi are available on the premises.

LIVE BROADCAST

If you want to broadcast your event live, we are happy to help. Our live broadcasts are filmed with two cameras with the possibility to show presentations (eg Powerpoint). Any remote speakers are included via Microsoft Teams. We broadcast via Form/Design Center's Youtube channel where the live stream can easily be embedded and displayed on your website. If the live broadcast is aimed at the general public, we handle the registration of live broadcasts with the Swedish Press, Radio and Television Authority.

Remote speakers

If you want to include remote meeting participants, we offer this via Microsoft Teams.

Guided tours

It is possible to book a guided tour of current exhibitions in connection with your event.

CANCELLATION RULES

Debit of agreed price upon cancellation: 50% no later than 14 days before, 75% no later than 7 days before and 100% no later than 3 days before event date.
