In 2025 GOING PRO – a business development program, is carried out specifically aimed towards individual practitioners, studios and smaller companies based in Skåne. In the project, a selection of motivated designers gets the opportunity to take the next step in their creative entrepreneurship.

Anna-Maria Nilsson

Anna-Maria Nilsson runs a studio specializing in product and furniture design, with a focus on functionality, material sensibility, and sustainable solutions. With an MFA in Industrial Design from Lund University and additional studies at the College of Creative Arts in Wellington, Anna-Maria has built a solid foundation for creating design solutions that combine aesthetics and innovation. With strong connections to both local and international companies, such as IKEA and Schönbuch, the studio develops innovative and functional design solutions for clients across various scales and contexts.

Betty Norling

Betty Norling is an artist, fashion and textile designer based in Malmö, with a master’s degree from The Royal Danish Academy and an exchange at Gerrit Rietveld Academie. Her work explores bodily presence in spatial design, drawing inspiration from materials and universal human themes. Sustainability is a core aspect of her process, where she often works with repurposed materials. The result is works that carry a history while also looking toward the future.

Daniela Doe Studio

Daniela Doe is a Graphic and Textile Designer with French and Togolese heritage, based in Malmö, Sweden. She holds a BA in Fashion Design from the Architecture University of Lisbon and an MA in Communication Design from the Fine Arts University of Lisbon. Her practice focuses on translating experimental graphic design into hand-tufted rugs and textiles. She combines traditional techniques like tufting, embroidery, and printing with contemporary design, creating a dialogue between old and new. Since 2021 Daniela has been running her design studio in Malmö, working on personal and commissioned projects on textiles, graphic design, and art direction.

Eva Ericsson

Eva Ericsson works with graphic design, illustration, textile and patterns. Her work is characterised by playfulness, organic shapes and sharp lines. She often blends analogue and digital techniques and takes inspiration from nature and moments in everyday life. Eva holds a master in Spatial Design from the Royal Danish Academy and is educated in graphic design at Östra Grevie folkhögskola. She is based in Malmö, born in Östersund.

Felicia Hansen Studio

Felicia Hansen holds a MFA in textile design and works at the intersection of art and design. She transforms discarded stuffed animals into sustainable art and interior design, focusing on upcycling and emotional connections. Through playful forms, material narratives, and workshops, she creates works that spark reflection and inspire creativity.

Frida Rådlund

Frida Rådlund (b.1993) is a Malmö-based textile artist from Gothenburg. Her artistry revolves around exploring textile techniques such as tufting and textile sculpture in connection with themes of tenderness, longing, grief and betrayal. Frida Rådlund finds a great fascination for the power of emotions and powerlessness that exists in human relationships, shaping this through colorful vibrant textile works.

Javier Masa, NMASA Design

NMASA Design is a design studio based in Malmö, Sweden, which focuses on creating products and experiences with added value, embracing craftsmanship 2.0, and exploring solutions to the sustainability challenges faced by the industry. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in arts and design, spatial design, from the Royal Danish Academy, where her education bridged architecture, design, and art. Purple Rinse is an upcycle project made by Pernilla Rozenberg. It consists of unique garments and objects made from reused materials. Each piece is unique and leftover materials are kept as small future treasures waiting to be used for new creations.
