The Form/Design Center’s mentorship program creates connections between designers and experienced professionals from various parts of the creative and cultural sectors. Through one-on-one mentorships, the program promotes knowledge exchange, professional development, and networking opportunities for designers working in southern Sweden.

The program is conducted annually and runs over a six-month period. Designers applying to the program submit requests for mentors based in the Öresund region. Mentors may be active in fields such as design, production, marketing, sales, finance, or business development.

Based on the applicants’ preferences, Form/Design Center acts as an intermediary by identifying relevant matches and initiating contact between mentor and mentee. The program is aimed at designers working in Skåne, Halland, Småland, and Blekinge, and seeks to foster long-term professional relationships, exchange of experience, and new perspectives on professional practice.
