The Service Design Global Conference took place in Dallas, USA, on 15–17 October under the theme Business Transformation by Design.
The conference explored how service design is moving from tools and methods to shaping strategy, culture, and organisational change. The discussions addressed what it means to demonstrate value, scale service design capabilities, and connect human and business value in the age of AI.
At this meet-up at Form/Design Center, Service Design Network will share highlights and key takeaways from the conference and discuss how these themes resonate with the service design situation here in Sweden
Together, we’ll reflect on questions such as:
- How does service design create value and impact — beyond deliverables and processes?
- What helps service design connect to business strategy and transformation?
- How do we sustain design culture and maturity inside organisations?
- What new challenges and opportunities does AI bring for service design?
