TRIBUN is a temporary installation by Studio PANK at Hedmanska gården, built from wooden boxes based on the idea of the “soapbox” – a simple platform for freedom of expression and public participation. Throughout the season, the installation has served as a meeting place, stage, playground and speaker’s platform.
As the installation is dismantled, the work will continue its circular life as the individual wooden boxes are given away to visitors free of charge. Come along to the closing event and take a “soapbox” home with you to reuse as, for example, a bench, shelf, planter or speaker’s platform.
The boxes will be handed out on site on a first come, first served basis.
