In this talk we will explore two totally different materials and techniques together with skilled artisans: Michaela Ivarsdotter, master coppersmith and metal artist from Karlskrona, and Ellen Ehk, Åkesson, ceramic artist from Nybro.
During the evening there will also be information about Utvalt i Skåne: the jury for 2018, the scholarships that will be awarded in conjunction with the exhibition, and this autumn’s timetable.
Utvalt i Skåne (Selected in Skåne) is a juried travelling exhibition organised by The Crafts Center (KVHC), The Handicraft Association of Scania, and Form/Design Center during 2018. The project promotes the development of handmade design within today’s design sector in Skåne. Utvalt is developed with funding from Region Skåne.
