Unpredictable combinations of forms are created in the Nordic joint project 1+1+1 in which the method is inspired by Surrealism and “fold-the-figure” drawings.
Petra Lilja trained as an industrial designer and throughout her career she has explored the designer’s role and the relationship between humans and nature. The displayed objects are made as unique pieces or in limited editions together with local artisans and small handcraft-based industries. Some of the objects have never been shown in Sweden before and some are being sold at a special price at Form/Design Center during Malmö Gallery Night on 29 September.
